We are a Perth based family owned and operated company that have been actively renovating and building homes for 20 years. We strive to provide the best bathroom, kitchen and laundry renovation service for our clients.

All our projects are managed by a licensed builder.

The Process:

1. Free Consultation & Quotation

After making an appointment and meeting on site, we will assess your needs and expectations.

A detailed quote is presented for your consideration.

2. Signing a Contract

A contract specifying all the design details, costs and project dates will be signed.

The contract will detail the deposit and progress payments.

3. Project Start & Finish

Depending on the scope of the project work can take anything from 7 – 14 working days.

The generic stages of the job will be as follows:

  • Strip out of old bathroom or kitchen

  • Relocation of plumbing and electrical

  • Preparation of surfaces for tiling

  • Waterproofing

  • Tiling

  • Final plumbing 

  • Cleaning and testing

  • Handover of new bathroom or kitchen for you to enjoy

How Much Will My Bathroom or Kitchen Renovation Cost?

The cost of your bathroom depends on a number of factors:

  • Size

  • Individual taste

  • Quality of fixtures and fittings

  • Tiling requirements such as tiling half way up the wall or full height tiles

Prices for a standard bathroom renovation can start from as low as $8990. For an accurate assessment and a no hidden extra cost price please contact us.

The cost for kitchens and laundries are influenced by similar factors, we will provide a fixed price once we have completed a site visit.

How Long Does The Renovation Take?

The average bathroom and laundry renovation will take around 7 – 14 days depending on what is involved in the project. We will provide a fixed contract agreement detailing all the aspects of the renovation and the associated time frame. Bathrooms and kitchens with new layouts will require additional time.

Can I Do Some Of The Work Myself To Save Money?

Any structural or licensed trade work cannot be done by yourself.

However, if you’re keen to save money, we’re quite happy for you to remove and demolish your existing bathroom back to its bare shell. Get some mates over and make a weekend of it.

Also, if you’re handy with a brush we don’t mind if you want to assume painting duties. You’ll save some money and add your own personal touch to the renovation.

What About The Mess?

At the end of each day, your property will be left tidy and safe. All waste will be removed and placed in the skip bin, and drop sheets shaken out leaving minimal dust behind. At the end of your renovation project your property will be thoroughly cleaned.

How Do I Pay For My Bathroom or Kitchen Renovation?

As is standard with any building project, your total investment will be broken up into progress payments detailed in your project schedule:
